OUR WORKS/PORTFOLIO
As a post production studio the list of films edited were EK THO CHANCE (Syeed Mirza), CID (B.P. Singh - Serial for Sony), NISHABDH, SHIVA, MY WIFE'S MURDER, AB TAK CHAPPAN (Ram Gopal Verma), BOOM (Quest films), PINJAR (Lucky Star Entertainment).
In addition to the post production studio the company had dabbled in the production of Training films (TATA, NIS, Jet Airways, etc); Music videos (international artist - NAVIN); Travel films (tourism CD for Government of Gujarat); NGO fund raising-films (PRATHAM-child labour).
Most recently we made a full length Hindi feature film called "SUNO NA". It was made on a 35 mm format & had Tara Sharma (Masti, Page 3, Khosla ka Ghosla fame) in the lead role.
The film was in the feel good genre. The story of a pleasant, young unmarried girl who gets pregnant and her boyfriend refuses responsibility & leaves her to manage on her own. She, very bravely decides to give birth to her child & move on to live her life at her terms. She was supported by a group of friends who then become her lifeline for survival.
Above all she was, very surprisingly, accompanied by HER UNBORN CHILD WHO STARTS TO SPEAK TO HER FROM THE WOMB! All along her child carries on a very sensible conversation with her. The child gives her a very strong moral support that she needed to survive her nine months of lonely pregnancy.
This film had its own moments of humor, emotion, love & drama and it was a complete entertainer for families as well as the youth audience.
We had excellent music by Sanjoy Chowdhury (S/o late Shri Salil Chowdhury). Yogesh (of Anand, Milli fame) had written the lyrics of our film songs & they were sung by contemporary singers like Shaan, Kunal Ganjawala, Richa Sharma & Antara Chowdhury (D/o of late Shri Salil Chowdhury). The film was directed by Ms. Amy Thanawala (Assistant to Mr. Sanjay Leela Bhansali in 'Khamoshi-the musical' and to Mr. John Mathew Matthan for 'Sarfarosh')
The film had an all India release on 15th May 2009
